Information we process
Plan2Canvas processes account identifiers provided through Supabase Auth, including your user ID and email address. When you use the product, we also process prompts, uploaded reference images, generated results, saved project metadata, and editable project JSON.
Operational and product analytics may include event names, page paths, referral information, browser language, viewport size, anonymous and session identifiers, task status, and timestamps. We do not intentionally collect payment information during the free beta.
How information is used
We use account and project information to provide authentication, generation, storage, project history, support, abuse prevention, and product improvement.
Prompts and images are sent to the AI provider required to perform the requested generation or parsing task. Service providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Service providers and storage
Plan2Canvas currently uses Supabase for authentication, Railway for backend hosting and managed data services, Cloudflare for frontend delivery and object storage, KIE for AI model access, and Alibaba Cloud Log Service for operational and website analytics.
Information may be processed in countries other than your own. We use the minimum credentials and integrations needed for the current beta architecture.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and project data while your account is active or while it is reasonably needed to operate and improve the beta. Generated and uploaded assets may remain in storage until they are deleted under the project retention process.
To request account access or deletion, email support@plan2canvas.com from the address associated with your account. We may retain limited records where required for security, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
Security and product limitations
We use authenticated API access, user-scoped records, explicit cross-origin rules, managed infrastructure, and private environment variables. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Do not upload floor plans or images containing information you are not authorized to process. Avoid including names, access codes, precise security system details, or other unnecessary sensitive information in prompts or uploads.
