Authorized floor plan content
Only upload floor plans, sketches, property images, or other materials that you created, own, licensed, or are otherwise authorized to process.
Do not submit confidential plans belonging to clients, employers, tenants, or property owners unless your agreement permits processing through third-party cloud and AI services.
Security-sensitive information
Do not include alarm codes, lock combinations, access credentials, precise camera coverage, hidden access routes, or other unnecessary security-sensitive details in uploads or prompts.
Plan2Canvas is intended for design and planning—not for identifying, optimizing, or exploiting weaknesses in physical security.
Abuse and automation
Do not bypass rate limits, create coordinated accounts to multiply free usage, scrape private user projects, probe credentials, disrupt infrastructure, or use automated traffic that materially degrades the service.
Reasonable browser use and normal API calls made by the official frontend are allowed. Separate API access is not offered during the beta.
Prohibited content
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, or privacy-invasive activity. Do not upload malware or content intended to damage systems.
We may remove content, restrict generation, suspend accounts, or preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to protect users, service providers, or the platform.

Report suspected abuse or unauthorized content to support@plan2canvas.com. Include the relevant task or project identifier when available.
